Are you an Olympic weightlifter or strength athlete, whether recreational or elite? This programme will help you improve your technique, strength and overall performance.
The programme has been built entirely around you, so once you sign up, you will be onboarded by the team and assigned a coach. You will then have an intake form and call to discuss your goals and training needs.
Please note programmes are monthly recurring subscriptions with a 3-month minimum term. After your 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days notice.
