  • echnique is important to us and one of the foundational principles in our coaching. We actively work with you to help you get better at lifting weights. Good technique increases your lifts, yes, but it also allows you to train better, reduces the risk of injury and helps you continue steady progress.

  • One size does not fit all. Your lifestyle factors, goals, body dimensions, and more are all different. We carefully create your plan to work for you!


    We assess your lifting and overall profile, as well as design and plan that considers YOU and your goals. We have found this is the best way to achieve success for our athletes and ensure they don’t get burnt out from training plans that don’t fit them.Description text goes here

  • You will have regular access to your coach and bi-weekly calls. Communication has to be a priority for a process to be personalised and considered YOU. Our clients say they see us as friends because we create a flow of communication that supports and prioritises them. Access to your coach regularly not only helps with your training but also supports you with mindset and education, all key things that help you become a better weightlifter.

  • We are building a community. You will be around other like-minded athletes and part of our groups to support one another, connect and learn more. In an individual sport like Olympic Weightlifting, we know it can be challenging when you’re training alone, and it is just you and the bar, but it gets better because you are part of the Transition team.
