Developed to help you achieve your full potential. It is not enough to have a goal without a plan; we’ve learnt that it is difficult to make progress when there is no structure. A core value and principle we live by, and that is why our pillars Train. Adapt. Conquer because we recognise the realities of a busy life. Although we need structure, adaptability allows us to conquer and transition into our best version. 

Launched by Mercy Brown, a European Senior Medalist and decorated international weightlifter, Strength by Transition was born from her passion and sports experience as an athlete and coach. Understanding that the journey in Olympic weightlifting is far from linear, there is a need for flexible coaching that yields results. She has approached training and competition with a zeal and mindset that underpins the Transition brand.
